GEORGIA POWER UPCOMING UPGRADES PLANNED SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2021 AT 6:00 A.M.

Upgrades are planned for the Georgia Power owned Whitesburg substation. The Whitesburg substation has a scheduled power outage for Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 6 am.

Customers who have electric service out of this substation, will be without power for 2-3 hours.

An automated call will be sent out by Georgia Power to everyone who receives power from this substation a few days prior to the outage.
